With just 8 students per class, we create an intimate, personalized environment designed to challenge and inspire you. We've found that this size strikes the perfect balance for a boutique experience.
Strength & Mobility
The balance between strength and mobility makes this practice challenging and sustainable. We focus on controlled movements that build strength from the inside out, targeting deep muscle groups while promoting alignment. Strength without unnecessary tension results in a body that moves with both power and grace.
Intelligent Cueing
We pride ourselves on offering thoughtful, anatomically aware cues that foster a deep mind-body connection, guiding you every step of the way.
Hands-On Assists
Throughout class, we provide alignment and deepening assists to help you stay grounded and connect more fully with your body, guiding you into new, powerful awareness through the power of touch.

We are amateur DJs. Our playlists are carefully crafted to complement the flow of the class, taking you on a journey as transformative as the practice itself.
Essential Oils
To close each class, we use essential oils, tapping into the therapeutic power of scent to enhance your experience and deepen your sense of relaxation.
