Reformer Pilates

Our reformer classes are based in athletic, contemporary Pilates. The beauty of the reformer is the resistance in both directions. Unlike free weights or mat work, you are on a moving machine working eccentric and concentric movement. You will access muscles you didn’t know existed, build functional strength, and gain flexibility. The Pilates body is strong and beautiful. Spring loads can be manipulated to create a class focused on heavier weight or a light load can be more challenging for stability work.

Mat Pilates & Yoga

The class that made the Shed. Our mat classes are a unique blend of yoga and mat Pilates. We focus on both strength and ease in every shape and series. Class is designed to leave you feeling challenged yet open. We often use props including weights, blocks, balls, foam rollers, and more to give you feedback as you build strength and gain flexibility. We also pride ourselves as a hands on studio to help you with form and depth.
