Private sessions

Private sessions are perfect for those who want to learn the foundation of a consistent movement practice but are intimidated by large studio classes. If you have experienced an injury, private instruction ensures safe alignment to prevent, manage, and heal ailments. Hands on assist are front and center.

Small group sessions

Small groups are the best of both worlds. The community of a group class meets the attention of a private. Small groups accommodate 2-4 people each class. Groups are curated by level of experience, stage of life, and personality fit. These tend to be my favorite class type…people leave saying they feel like they’ve had a workout, a massage, and a therapy session.

Group classes

I have rented out larger studio space once a week to accommodate a weekly large group class. Class is open to the first 18 people who sign up. This is a fun yoga shed community gathering and class is set to upbeat music. Some experience is recommended.
